🥒 HUMMUS PLATTER 🥒 Happy Friday everyone! How are we all doing? My godson, he's 4, always says he wants a platter and you know what today I wanted a platter 😂 so I made myself a platter and shared with my mom and sister. The star of this platter is obviously the homemade hummus 😍 so easy to make just a can of chickpeas, salt, garlic powder, cayenne, lemon juice and some water! Easy delicious oil free hummus. Now I can't take credit for all the things on this plate the roasted red peppers and baby potatoes were my moms but I stole them for the pic 😂 I also thing something like this would be perfect for Easter Sunday it's so easy to put together and I think platters like this always look gorgeous. I also need to say thank you to Gwen @whatsreallyinyourfoodcle for sharing my detox water today ❤I hope you all are having amazing days or nights wherever you are in the world ❤ #plantifullybased#whatveganseat#vegansofinstagram#veganfood#veganfoodporn#veganfoodie#veganeats#eatplants#eatyourveggies#healthyvegan#eattherainbow#eatyourcolors#herbivore#plantbased#veganlove#vegancommunity#veganrecipes#plantpower#eatyourgreens#cleaneatingideas#traderjoes#letscookvegan#cucumber#teamvegan#govegan#feedfeedvegan#chickpea#foodphotography#flatlay#hummus

Papayas n coconuts w a sprinkle of @clarifieddesigns 🌙 What a beautiful idea it is to put essential oil blends into a little necklace. The two blends I have are Lakshmi for fortune and success, and Shakti for balance, grounding and inspiration. Feeling like the Universe is sending me more and more signs to do a course in aromatherapy this year 💭💭

(Cookie + Kate takeover, 4/5) Would you look at that beauty? I just made my Thai red curry recipe (available on my blog) so I could redo the photos. They weren’t doing the recipe justice! This dish is rich, creamy, and full of veggies and kale. It’s perfect for cool fall/winter evenings, and more redeeming than takeout. The secret to making awesome Thai curries at home is to add a little bit of coconut sugar, rice vinegar, and tamari, which makes the dish taste much more complex than just curry paste with coconut milk. I’m pretty excited to have leftover curry for the next few days (can you tell that I live on leftovers?). — @cookieandkate #osgtakeover
