Surprisingly Simple Chocolate Avocado Pudding
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled & pitted
- ½ cup almond milk
- ⅓ to ½ cup cocoa powder, depending on how chocolatey you like it
- 10 medjool dates, pitted (or 14 deglet noor dates -the smaller dried type without pits)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours to cool.
