Vegan Cheddar & Garlic Biscuits
  • 2 1/4cups baking mixcheck ingredients to make sure its vegan. (Classic Bisquick mix is)
  • 2/3cup plain unsweetened almond milkor plant milk of your choice
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4cup vegan cheddar shredswe suggest Follow Your Heart brand
  • Cooking oil spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Split into 12 equal parts and roll into balls. Set aside on a plate. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray lightly with an even layer of oil. Place balls of dough in even rows, bout 1 inch apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for about five minutes before serving.
