Add chia seeds, almond milk and protein powder to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Cover and allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and as long as overnight.
To make the parfait, layer about ½ cup of chia pudding into a dish and evenly top with about ¼ cup of berries. Repeat so that the parfait has 2 layers of chia pudding and 2 layers of raspberries. Makes 2 servings.
