Vegan Cheddar & Garlic Biscuits

Servings 12 biscuits


  • 2 1/4 cups baking mix check ingredients to make sure its vegan. (Classic Bisquick mix is)
  • 2/3 cup plain unsweetened almond milk or plant milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup vegan cheddar shreds we suggest Follow Your Heart brand
  • cooking oil spray


  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Split into 12 equal parts and roll into balls. Set aside on a plate. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray lightly with an even layer of oil. Place balls of dough in even rows, bout 1 inch apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for about five minutes before serving.
