Veggie Scramble


  • ½ cup diced green pepper
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cut broccoli
  • Italian vegan sausage diced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper


  • Mix The Vegg Scramble mix with water gradually according to package instructions. Season mixture with spices to taste
  • Heat the oil or butter in a medium-sized frying pan over medium-high heat. Prepare The Vegg Scramble according to package instructions.
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Lightly toss in the pan until well-cooked, about 5 more minutes.
  • Adjust spices to taste and serve hot.
