- Add chorizo, tomato juice, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer over medium-low heat until potatoes are tender, adding a little water if the liquid evaporates too quickly.
- Stir in the peas and heat through. Adjust seasoning and serve over steamed rice.
