Instructions
Melt the butter or oil in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients, the dairy-free milk last. Continue to cook, whisking until hot and smooth. Perfect for macoroni and cheese, over grilled veggies, or as a dipping sauce.
