- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl mix oil, masa, and sugar.
- Blend half of the thawed corn with cornmeal and water until smooth; fold into masa mixture.
- Add remaining corn, baking powder, salt, and dairy-free milk. Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake until edges are golden, about 30 minutes.
