
Chia Pudding is a simple and nourishing breakfast that will keep you satisfied all morning long thanks to fiber and omega rich chia seeds.

Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk e used plain unsweetened Milkadamia, but any variety of plant milk should work well.
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar optional
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup mixed berries or fruit of choice
- 1/4 cup granola
Instructions
- Add chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a bowl and whisk until well combined. Cover with a lid and allow to set in the refrigerator for at least one hour, or up to 8 hours. Top with berries and granola and serve. To save time you can prepare multiple batches of the chia seed pudding at once and store in an airtight container for a simple and healthy breakfast throughout the week.
