Dairy-Free Hot Chocolate
- ½ cup masa harina
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups dairy-free milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 disk of Abuelita chocolate
- Cinnamon to taste
- Add masa to sauce pot; whisk in 2 cups cold water until smooth.
- Turn on heat to medium high and bring mixture to boil. Add dairy-free milk, sugar, and chocolate to pot.
- Whisk constantly until chocolate and sugar are dissolved and mixture is hot.
- Remove from heat and divide evenly among mugs. Sprinkle with cinnamon
