    1. I wondered the same, I put all the ingredients, not realizing some was for the glaze and my loaf was very runny, had to scoop out instead of slice. I’ll do things different next time around.

  1. Since the two sets of ingredients still have not been separated by the website, I will add this. The last four ingredients on the list are for the glaze. At least that’s what I assumed, and it worked out perfectly!

I have not bothered to try any other vegan meatloaf recipes. I think this one is delicious!

      1. Making this with home made mashed potatoes, daiya mac and cheese, and blanched broccoli tonight for me and my wife. <3

        Thank you!

    1. Loved this! I used Beyond Beef and added green bell pepper, I didn’t make the glaze, but instead topped it with Sweet Earth Benevolent Bacon. Reminded me of the meatloaf my mom used to make!

  2. The whole house smelled spectacular with this recipe. It was a total hit! I didn’t have any soy sauce so I substituted in Worcestershire sauce. It worked really well.

  3. Simply delicious. My husband, meat eater, went back for seconds. I used Light-life ground. I mean delicious. Certainly a keeper. Thanks so much for sharing.

  4. Thanks! Made this recipe today with Lightlife ground “meat” and it was fantastic! Will definitely make it again!
