Sorrel, also known as Hibiscus in the US, is at the center of this simple shake. Frozen berries, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar provide a perfect balance for this refreshing drink, perfect for steamy summer days.

Sorrel Fruit Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried sorrel
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 1 lb bag frozen mixed berries
- 2 limes juice of
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
Instructions
- Steep dried sorrel in boiling water for 15 minutes. Strain and cool steeped liquid in the freezer for an additional 15 minutes. Steeped flowers can be discarded or frozen for use in future recipes.
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
